CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


When your order has been dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email advising carrier and tracking information. In the unlikely event that you have any problems with your order, please contact us at shoppapd@gmail.com




HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THE FRAME I HAVE CHOSEN WILL FIT MY FACE?


Unfortunately, we cannot promise you a complete perfect fit online. However if you email us at shoppapd@gmail.com, we can help you find the perfect pair!




ARE PAP'D SUNGLASSES SUITABLE FOR PRESCRIPTION?


No, we do not recommend using Pap'd frames for prescription lenses.




HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?


Although we try to ship as soon as possible, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to process. We process orders Monday through Friday, so all orders placed between 12:00 p.m. ET Friday and 11:59 p.m. ET Sunday will not be processed until the following business day.
