Shipping & Returns

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return/exchange your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund provided the item is in its original, unused condition. Sale items cannot be returned. 

Before you send your items back simply e-mail us at Shoppapd@gmail.com

You will receive return instructions by e-mail. Returns will be made at your own cost. 

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct, as we are unable to amend order information once the product has been dispatched.

 

Important information 

  • pap'd reserves the right not to compensate for returned packages lost under shipping.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days after the package has reached you.

  • Sunglasses should be returned unmarked, in their original and undamaged packaging.

Refunds

If you wish to refund your items, please contact us at shoppapd@gmail.com.

You may return your item within 14 days of receipt. You will receive return instructions by email. Please package the item in the original box and packaging. Items must be unworn and undamaged. Expect the refund within 7 working days from the date that the package reaches us. 

Exchange  

If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us to confirm the availability in stock at shoppapd@gmail.com. Please package the item in the original box and packaging. When we have confirmed the exchange, please send the item back with the completed form and we will send the new product.  

 

Sale items.

 

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items.

 

International Customs Charges

All orders are shipped from the UK. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are unable to predict the charges and the recipient is liable for the payment of import duties, customs and local sales tax. Contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If the package and/or the item is damaged upon arrival, please report to the courier staff when you receive it. If the product you received is faulty or if you have received an incorrect item to that which you ordered we will ship a new product, if available in stock, as soon as we have received the product and approved the return. If the product is not available we will provide a full refund.
